Registered Nurse - Med/Surg - Full-Time - Night Shift

About the Role

Join a high-impact, multi-campus nursing team as a Med Surg RN, delivering personalized, evidence-based care while fostering a compassionate environment. You will own the nursing process, build meaningful patient connections, contribute to team collaboration, and participate in performance improvement and research initiatives. Mentor colleagues, apply evidence-based practices, support patient safety, and optimize resource management across the care continuum.

Responsibilities

• Own the nursing process for assigned patients
• Build meaningful connections with patients and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in performance improvement and research initiatives
• Mentor colleagues and apply evidence-based practices
• Support patient safety and optimize resource management

Requirements

• Accredited nursing degree (e.g., ADN or BSN)
• Active RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• At least 2 years of recent Med Surg experience

• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred)
