Trauma MedSurg Nurse provides high-quality, compassionate care to trauma and medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Include Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.Administer medications and execute prescribed treatments safely and accurately.Monitor vital signs and recognize/report critical changes promptly.Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.Maintain patient safety through adherence to clinical standards and protocols.Communicate clearly with patients, caregivers, and team members.Educate families and patients to promote understanding and continuity of care.
