How you’ll make an impact in this role

Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every clinical action aligns with the highest standards of safety and patient dignity.
Cook up a seamless multidisciplinary approach to treatment, acting as the central hub for physicians and specialists to ensure the patient’s care plan is unified and effective.
Monitor and interpret patient health trends with a critical eye, proactively communicating changes to the team to ensure rapid, life-saving interventions when they matter most.
Advocate for your patients’ long-term success by orchestrating comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring they and their families feel confident and supported as they transition home.

Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
