Registered Nurse - Med 3 (Days)

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with organizational standards. Responsibilities: Manages assigned patients, monitors treatment plans, and performs duties consistent with mission and values. Oversees care quality and collaborates with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications: Must have graduated from a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), hold a current RN license, and maintain necessary certifications. Certifications include BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, with some required within specified periods post-hire. Experience preferred for sign-on bonuses.
