Job Summary

Registered Nurses with our Maternal & Child Services team will be part of a team managing Labor & Delivery, NICU, and our Pediatric Unit. Nurses will assess and manage patients in various stages of pregnancy and delivery, neonatal patients needing high-level NICU care, and patients requiring surgery, respiratory support, infections, and transfusions.

About the Role

Nurses on our Labor & Delivery unit will be responsible for assessing and managing patients in the antepartum, intrapartum, and post-partum phases of pregnancy and delivery. They will provide care for moms and babies before, during, and after delivery, including managing high blood pressure and post-partum hemorrhage. Nurses in the NICU will assess and manage neonatal patients needing high-level care, while those in the pediatric unit will assist with minor procedures and administer medications, providing education to families.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited associate degree program
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing program or higher degree
• Previous experience preferred
• Current New York State licensure as a Registered Nurse

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support Certification preferred

Pay

$40 - $56 per hour

Schedule
