Registered Nurse Market Watchmen Program Coord
Job Summary
The LPDS Market A-fib/Watchmen Coordinator at Del Sol Medical Center will handle planning, developing, and implementing A-fib/Watchmen (LAAO) program operations to include NCDR and all Cardiovascular registries. This role coordinates patient care between patients, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team, collects and evaluates information to facilitate care, ensures evidence-based practice, education, and efficient utilization, and assures the continuity of A-fib/Watchmen (LAAO) evaluation and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) care. The coordinator also ensures ongoing compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
- Licensure/Certifications: Basic (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Education: Minimum of Diploma in Nursing required, Minimum 3 years of Critical Care experience required
- PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, EP/Cath or ED/ICU experience preferred
