REGISTERED NURSE MANAGER - MOTHER & BABY

Job Responsibilities

• The Manager Mother Baby will be responsible for planning, organizing, staffing and directing functions to ensure the effective operation of the unit.
• In cooperation with the leadership team, the Manager will be instrumental in developing plans, policies and procedures to efficiently provide quality care.

Job Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License required
• Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferred
• A current BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) required; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required after 60 months if hire if do not currently have it
• 3+ years of recent RN experience in women's services in an acute care setting required; 1 + years of supervisory/leadership experience required
