Registered Nurse, Main Operating Room ($18,000 sign-on)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Boston Operating Room team.

Responsibilities

• Provide peri-operative care in both scrub and circulating roles.
• Deliver clinical support and resources.
• Work collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience as an RN.
• Pediatric Operating Room RN experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Operating Room experience as an RN preferred.

Schedule

• 36 or 40 hours per week.
• Mix of 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts.

Pay

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.

$20,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with over 2 years of OR experience who have not worked at BCH in 2+ years.
