About the role
We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse responsible for managing resident care for a specific group, supervising team members including Shahbazim, and coordinating referrals with clinical support, families, and physicians. You will serve as the main contact for elder information and ensure quality, compassionate care aligned with the organization’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing services and team members
- Coordinate patient referrals with clinical support, families, and physicians
- Serve as the primary point of contact for elders
- Deliver patient-focused, respectful, and compassionate care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Alaska Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
- American Heart Association BLS certification (upon hire)
Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
- Six months of nursing experience in healthcare settings (acute, long-term, rehabilitation)
- Supervision or leadership experience

Full-time, on-site with variable shifts.
