Registered Nurse Level II - OB Unit

Position: Registered Nurse - OB Unit Location: Chicago, IL Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 per hour, based on experience Highlights: $25,000 sign-on bonus, night shifts, rotating holidays, and call requirements Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Maintain competency aligned with current standards and contribute to team development.Integrate ethical practices and evidence-based research into nursing care.Recognize and adapt to unique patient situations, promoting safety for patients and staff.Supervise and guide nursing personnel, ensuring thorough and timely documentation.Perform emergency actions and foster a safe therapeutic environment.Perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Minimum two years of current Labor and Delivery/Nursery Level II experience preferred.Graduate of an accredited nursing school with mastery of nursing skills.Effective communication skills with ability to guide colleagues.Current Illinois Nursing license, CPR certification, and potentially ACLS, PALS, NRP within six months.
