Registered Nurse Lead - PRN

About the Role

This position involves overseeing and coordinating daily activities of nursing personnel in patient care units, providing leadership to clinical staff, and ensuring smooth operations across departments.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise patient care during assigned shifts, ensuring proper staffing and efficient unit functioning.
• Coach and counsel team members, monitor performance, and address training needs.
• Maintain documentation of staffing, operational, and administrative records in compliance with policies.
• Provide direction and support to nursing staff, promoting respect for patient dignity and rights, and facilitate communication with patients and families.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• 5–7 years of clinical experience preferred.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• RN licensure in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification required.

Schedule

This role is per diem (PRN), with no specified employment duration or schedule constraints.
