Registered Nurse PRN

About the Role

Provide leadership and deliver professional patient care in facility or home settings, utilizing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Delegate, supervise, document care, and educate patients and families. Implement medically prescribed interventions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and document patient care
• Assess patient needs and implement care plans
• Provide patient and family education
• Ensure compliance with medical and safety protocols

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited RN program
• Current RN licensure (North Carolina or compact license)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days
• Minimum 1 year of experience; preferred facility or home care experience
• Optional: National certification in relevant area
