About the Role

Responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations in patient care units, providing leadership to clinical staff, and ensuring efficient unit functioning.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise patient care during shifts, ensuring proper staffing and smooth operations.
• Coach and counsel team members, monitor performance, and address training needs.
• Maintain documentation of staffing, operational, and administrative activities in compliance with policies.
• Support nursing staff in delivering respectful, patient-centered care and facilitate effective communication with patients and families.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• 5–7 years of clinical experience preferred, with 2 years in leadership or management roles preferred.
• RN licensure in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification required.
