Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient conditions, responses to treatment, and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Requirements
- Current Registered Nursing license in the state of Maryland
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher from an accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Qualifications
- Previous nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Pay
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
- Full-time, night shift
- 40 hours per week
