About the role

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on nursing interventions and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and performing diagnostic tests.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely according to hospital policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Maryland RN license.
• One year of acute care nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with electronic health record systems.

Pay

• $35.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

• Nights shift (typically 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
