About the role

The Clinical Coordinator leads outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease, overseeing treatment, guiding clinical staff, and ensuring high standards of care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how they’re doing
• Watch over the nurses and other staff members
• Make sure the dialysis is done safely and with compassion
• Build lasting connections with patients and their families
• Work in a busy, team-based setting

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification
• At least 18 months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
• Approval for Charge RN readiness
• ADN degree; BSN preferred
• Experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
