About the role
The Clinical Coordinator leads outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease, overseeing treatment, guiding clinical staff, and ensuring high standards of care and safety.
Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how they’re doing
- Watch over the nurses and other staff members
- Make sure the dialysis is done safely and with compassion
- Build lasting connections with patients and their families
- Work in a busy, team-based setting
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification
- At least 18 months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
- Approval for Charge RN readiness
- ADN degree; BSN preferred
- Experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg
- CNN/CDN certification a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
