Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff, providing mentorship and support
• Ensure compliance with state and facility regulations
• Perform triage, medication administration, and chronic care management
• Respond to emergencies and handle documentation accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and custody staff to maintain safety and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in clinical supervision and correctional healthcare preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and emergency procedures
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
