Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery (Travel)

Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in labor and delivery, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver safe, evidence-based care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
• Monitor patient progress, educate families, and assist with surgical procedures in the OB Operating Room.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and advocate for patients ethically and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license in South Carolina or a NCSBN Compact state (non-resident).
• BLS (AHA) and NRP certifications.
• Recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience.
• OB Operating Room circulating experience.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Full scope of Labor & Delivery nursing practice proficiency.
