Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery FT Nights or rotating $20K Bonus

About the role

As a Clinical Nurse in Labor and Delivery, you’ll deliver expert, compassionate care while working in a collaborative environment with access to the latest medical technology and a supportive team that includes anesthesiologists, physicians, and a Level III NICU.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum
- Monitor fetal heart tones, administer medications, and coach patients through labor
- Anticipate and respond to complications using critical thinking and clinical protocols
- Assist and circulate in the operating room for cesarean sections and other OB/GYN procedures
- Document care and patient progress using EPIC
- Collaborate with 24-hour Patient Safety Nurses, NICU teams, and physicians during high-risk deliveries and obstetric emergencies
Requirements
- 1–2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ASN required, BSN or MSN preferred
- Current Maryland RN license or compact state equivalent
- BLS certification (American Heart Association); additional life support certifications as required by unit

Pay
Pay rate: $38.92 - $55.68 per hour. Bonus available for nurses with 2 years as an RN. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.
