Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery/Postpartum - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery and Post-Partum, providing safe, effective, and compassionate care. Responsibilities: Independently deliver patient-centered nursing care in the LDRP setting.Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.Supervise and coordinate assigned unlicensed assistive personnel.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current IL nursing license and BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association).At least 1 year of acute care or labor and delivery/post-partum experience (preferred).Experience in labor and delivery or postpartum nursing is highly desirable. Additional Details: Full-time position with 36 hours/week, includes on-call duties and weekend rotation. Travel to float to Post-Partum Evanston Hospital is required. Compensation ranges from $37.25 to $57.74 per hour, based on experience.
