Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery/Postpartum - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery and Post-Partum, responsible for providing safe, effective, and compassionate care in the LDRP unit. Key Responsibilities Independently deliver patient-centered nursing care utilizing the nursing process.Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration.Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.Contribute to safety, quality care, and positive patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current IL RN license and BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association).Minimum of 1 year of acute care or labor & delivery/postpartum experience (preferred).Experience in labor and delivery/post-partum is highly desirable. Additional Details: The role involves full-time hours with weekend rotation, on-call requirements, and float to another hospital.
