Responsibilities
- Providing patient care according to established protocols
- Monitoring, assessing, and documenting patient conditions
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- Maintaining compliance with licensing and certification requirements
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- Proficiency in physical demands such as lifting, standing, walking, and mobility tasks
- Preferred experience as an RN
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
- Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC, etc.) may be required based on the unit or role
