Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Role Summary: Provides coordinated nursing care for patients, ensuring adherence to established standards and utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment. Supervises and directs nursing staff activities, collaborates with healthcare teams, and participates in discharge planning to ensure seamless patient care. Responsibilities Collects and analyzes patient health data to determine diagnoses and care plans.Develops, implements, and evaluates care strategies to promote health and safety.Coordinates care delivery and delegates tasks appropriately within the healthcare team.Provides health education to patients and families, fostering a supportive environment.Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.Performs other related duties as assigned to support patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure within the practice state; CPR/BLS certification required.ACLS or ARC-ALS, Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM), and NRP or NALS certifications are mandatory.Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and acute care experience.
