Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological needs.
• Develop individualized care plans involving patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Carefully coordinate and delegate care activities, ensuring adherence to guidelines and professional standards.
• Maintain vigilance over patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Promote professionalism by complying with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, patient care coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to assess patient needs and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.

Additional Requirements

• Physical ability to perform patient transfers, operate equipment, and navigate busy environments.
• Preferred BSN degree from an accredited institution.
