Responsibilities
- Conduct physical, social, and psychological assessments
- Develop individualized care plans involving patients and families
- Delegate and coordinate interdisciplinary care
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses
- Ensure legal and ethical standards are met with accurate documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- (Preferably) BSN from an accredited institution
- Patient care delivery
- Interdisciplinary teamwork

Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively
- Manual dexterity for equipment
- Physical capability to lift and transfer patients and supplies
- (For roles involving driving), the ability to operate a vehicle safely
