Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery
About the role
At Holy Cross Hospital West Valley, our Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit is a close-knit team dedicated to providing exceptional birthing experiences. Delivering around 250 babies annually, our unit includes seven private rooms, a three-bed triage area, and an OR for C-sections. Two of our labor rooms are specially equipped as natural birthing suites for mothers choosing unmedicated deliveries. Following birth, mothers and babies transition to postpartum/well-baby care, where couplet care is encouraged to keep families together. We occasionally support GYN and Med-Surg overflow patients, adding diversity to our care. Our team is family-oriented, passionate about learning, and values work-life balance through flexible scheduling.
