They evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate patient care collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, uphold patient rights, and ensure confidentiality, aligning with organizational mission, values, and standards. Key responsibilities include delivering compassionate care in a high-quality, collaborative environment, particularly within a Labor & Birth unit supporting mothers and newborns across various risk levels. The unit emphasizes safe staffing ratios, clinical expertise, and certifications.
