About the role
BayCare’s Staffing Resource Office is seeking experienced Labor & Delivery nurses for a part-time, in-person float-pool position that serves three hospitals in Region 2: St. Joseph’s North, St. Joseph’s South, and St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital.
Schedule
- Two 12-hour shifts per week plus every third weekend
- Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- No on-call requirement
Responsibilities
- Provide care in antepartum, labor, cesarean section, tubal ligation, circulating & recovery, infant transition, and OB urgent-care settings
Requirements
- Active Florida RN (Registered Nurse) license
- Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of hospital-based L&D RN experience
- BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications; must not expire within 30 days of start date
- NRP and STABLE certifications
Qualifications
- 4 years of L&D RN experience strongly preferred
- Charge Nurse experience strongly preferred
- Travel Nurse experience strongly preferred
