Position Details
Located at the Utah Valley Kidney Services Clinic in Physicians Plaza at Utah Valley Hospital. Part-time position, working 3 days per week from 8am-5pm. Responsibilities include clinical assessment, triage, patient-centered in-clinic education, and medication management/monitoring.
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of employment.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025.
Physical Requirements
- Ongoing need for visual and reading abilities.
- Frequent verbal communication with patients, providers, and visitors.
- Manual dexterity for operating complex equipment and documents.
- Lifting and moving patients and equipment.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Driving may be required.
