Responsibilities
- Complete daily rounding, insertion, assessment of intravenous access, and PICC lines gathering statistical data for Central Line audits.
- Provide staff education in IV management and infection control practices.
- Participate in various nursing councils and committees, contributing to quality initiatives in the area of vascular access.
Requirements
- Must be licensed (RN) to practice in Maryland, or practice eligible, with at least one year of experience.
- Diploma/degree from an accredited nursing school or enrolled in a BSN program.
- CPR for the Health Care Provider (BLS) required.
- CRNI (Certified RN Infusion) is strongly preferred.
- In addition to the above basic certification requirements, CN III requires:
- Obtained a BSN or Enrolled in a BSN program.
- Certification in a National Specialty is encouraged.
- One project benefiting the nursing unit approved by the nurse manager and director.

- Min USD $38.58/Hr. Max USD $69.44/Hr.
