Role Overview
Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Collaborate across departments to coordinate patient care, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license valid in the relevant state or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, and others may be required based on unit
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling
