About the role
The Radiology Staff Nurse will provide quality-nursing care to both in and outpatients in the radiology department, including pediatric, adult, elderly, acutely and chronically ill/patients. The nurse must be prepared to handle all unexpected emergencies during radiological procedures.

Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of nursing experience required. Critical care experience required.
- Licenses and Certifications: Current license as a professional nurse in Massachusetts required. BLS healthcare provider required. ACLS required. PALS required.
- Skills: Knowledge of all areas of nursing practice. Mature judgment, initiative, and proficiency in nursing skills. Ability to work without direct supervision. Professional interest through self-development, continuing education, and involvement in professional organizations. Knowledge in physical assessment, aseptic techniques, IV skills, and universal precautions. Excellent customer service skills. Computer skills required. Ability to maintain confidential information.
