Role Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices, technology, and team collaboration. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units, with flexibility to float as needed.
Key Duties
- Assess physical, psychological, and social patient status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Coordinate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Manage patient discharge and follow-up
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and accurate documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum two years recent ICU or Med/Surg experience
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Manual dexterity and physical ability to lift and move patients and equipment

This role involves variable shifts, full-time hours, and supporting multiple healthcare sites across regions. Compensation is competitive, based on experience, with housing reimbursement for assignments over 50 miles. Must be willing to work in diverse settings and accept assignments across the network.
