About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans using evidence-based practice and technology. As part of the iFlex team, the RN supports multiple healthcare sites, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across various units, including ICU and Med/Surg.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient needs

- Developing individualized care plans
- Providing or delegating care
- Preparing patients for discharge
- Documenting accurately
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of recent ICU or Med/Surg experience
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
