About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse for clinic-based triage in an internal medicine setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care aligned with policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Build effective relationships with patients and families to develop personalized care plans.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Consider physical, cultural, social, economic, spiritual, and developmental factors in care strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively to ensure holistic, ethical, and patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and comfort measures.
- Mentor colleagues and apply evidence-based practices to ensure quality care.
- Perform point-of-care testing and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- Current RN licensure in applicable states with BLS certification.
- No prior experience required.
- Physical ability to perform standing, walking, lifting, and other physical duties.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
