Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit/SICU - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care independently for unit patients
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Supervise and direct unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Promote safety and high-quality patient experiences

Qualifications & Skills

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
• BLS/CPR Certification required
• Experience in nursing or CNA experience for new graduates
