Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit, Night Shift

Role Overview

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all patient age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain practice standards
• Coordinate patient care activities
• Ensure delivery of high-quality nursing services within organizational policies and procedures
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care
• Adhere to practice standards
• Obtain and maintain necessary certifications
• Coordinate the efforts of assigned staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's preferred)
• No experience required; new graduates eligible
• Registered Nurse licensure in the relevant state and BCLS certification required
• Additional certifications based on specialty area (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NICU NRP) are required or preferred depending on department
