Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit, Night Shift

Role Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all patient age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Key Responsibilities: Maintain practice standards, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure delivery of high-quality nursing services within organizational policies and procedures. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's preferred)No experience required; new graduates eligibleRegistered Nurse licensure in the relevant state and BCLS certification requiredAdditional certifications based on specialty area (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NICU NRP) are required or preferred depending on department Skills & Certifications: Ability to demonstrate professional growth, accountability, and coordination skills; relevant certifications for specialized units; ability to report and manage high-risk situations effectively.
