About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate patient care within the Specialty Care (Intermediate Care) department.
Responsibilities
- Establish personalized relationships with patients and their support systems
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful death
- Utilize evidence-based practices
- Demonstrate compassion
- Ensure care aligns with policies and procedures
Requirements
- A current RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- PREFERRED: Experience in critical care, telemetry, or neuro settings
- A bachelor’s degree is favored
