About the role

Delivering professional and technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring age-appropriate and standards-compliant care.
• Supervise and direct assigned team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Communicate clearly, build relationships, and promote a positive patient experience.
• Take accountability for performance and seek opportunities for professional growth.
• Contribute to team engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support certification and relevant department certifications.
• Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one.
• At least one year of critical care nursing experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and accountability skills.
