Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Role: Registered Nurse Pediatric ICU Responsibilities: Provide safe, patient-centered care as a full partner on the healthcare team, applying the nursing process and demonstrating knowledge in areas such as safety, quality improvement, teamwork, and professionalism. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring individualized treatment based on patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and developmental needs. Uphold all regulatory standards and standards of nursing practice. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN licensure in Colorado, BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications within 6 months. Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. At least one year of acute or specialty nursing experience is preferred. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and professional communication skills are essential. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Maintain compliance with all standards and regulations to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
