Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

About the Role

Deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex patients, including ventilator support, titratable drips, and invasive lines.
• Monitor hemodynamic status and respond rapidly to changes.
• Collaborate with intensivists and a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about care procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation within electronic health records (EHR).

Requirements

• Proven experience in critical care nursing, particularly in ICU settings.
• Strong clinical skills in managing complex, critically ill patients.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues, patients, and families.
• Knowledge of invasive procedures, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator management.
