Registered Nurse – Intensive Care - ICU - Travel - (ICU RN)

About the role

Duke Lifepoint Hospital offers 294 beds and is accredited by the Joint Commission. It provides cancer care, cardiac care, orthopedics, imaging, surgical services, and more. Located in Wilson, NC, which is 45 miles east of Raleigh, 2 hours from the coast of NC, and 1 hour from major universities such as Duke, NC State, UNC Chapel Hill, and East Carolina University. The hospital is also within a 15-minute drive of Lake Wilson.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse, ICU experience of 1 year 6 months.
• Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted).
• Certifications: ACLS-AHA; BLS-AHA.
• SSN required.
• DOB required.
• Must have Meditech experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in your state.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Experience in an ICU setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Meditech systems.

Pay

$1830.00 - $1923.00 per diem
