Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Adapt to fast-paced environments and manage complex medical conditions.
- Utilize advanced technology and electronic medical record systems.
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania RN license.
- At least 2 years of recent ICU experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Epic.
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Completion of a state-approved nursing program.
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
Skills
