Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Units in Boston or Waltham.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care to patients and families.
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
- Providing education to patients and families.
- Facilitating group therapies.
- Overseeing behavioral health specialist staff.
Schedule
24, 32 or 36 hours, schedule is day/evening rotating (approx 50%), occasional overnights, every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Education
- Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Experience: 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certifications: Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
