About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit.
Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care to patients and families.
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
- Providing education to patients and families.
- Facilitating group therapies.
- Overseeing behavioral health specialist staff.
Schedule
24, 32 or 36 hours; schedule is day/night rotating (approximately 50%), every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting; inpatient and pediatric experience preferred.
- Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
