Registered Nurse - Inpatient Surgical

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care, including assessments, IV and medication management, wound and drain care, and patient and family education.
• Work closely with surgeons, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, acute environment.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care, support patient recovery, and contribute to positive health outcomes for a diverse patient population in a research-connected healthcare environment.
