Contact VHA.ELRSProgramSupport@va.gov - the EDRP Coordinator for questions/assistance. Learn more Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized. Also mention Whole Health System etc but that's maybe fluff; could be omitted as boilerplate? It's substantive about mission but maybe keep as part of About the role? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The Whole Health System description seems like mission statement; could be considered substantive but maybe not needed. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that description as part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the VA Midwest Health Care Network". But we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content accordingly. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. - About the role: could include summary of position, EDRP eligibility, Whole Health System mission. Use

About the role

then paragraphs. - Responsibilities: duties list. - Requirements/Qualifications: maybe combine? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can have both Requirements and Qualifications if content distinct. Requirements could be basic licensure, English proficiency, etc. Qualifications could be grade determinations, education, experience. Skills could be ACLS/BLS certification, etc. But we can keep simple: maybe Requirements for basic licensure, Qualifications for education/experience, Skills for certifications. - Benefits: include total rewards, PTO, retirement, insurance, licensure. - Pay: maybe mention competitive salary, regular increases, performance awards, EDRP award up to $200k, sign-on/relocation incentive up to $10k. Pay section should include salary info and incentives. - Schedule: work schedule details. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". Ensure we have real content. Let's extract specifics: EDRP: award up to $200,000, eligibility period 1-5 years, must apply within 4 months of appointment, former participants ineligible.
