About the Role

Provides inpatient psychiatric care on a 24-bed behavioral health unit, focusing on crisis stabilization, medication management, and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate psychiatric care within an interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress
• Participate in group therapy sessions and crisis interventions
• Assist with aftercare planning to ensure smooth patient transitions

Requirements

• Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing or higher
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient psychiatric nursing experience
• Valid RN license in Maryland
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Pay

Competitive pay range based on experience. Potential sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.
