About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Med/Surg to provide compassionate, high-quality care to adult patients with diverse medical conditions such as respiratory infections, diverticulitis, and pneumonia.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment
- Deliver and evaluate care
- Coordinate with other departments
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Uphold our mission and standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure
- BLS certification
- Prior hospital experience preferred
- Additional certifications and BSN advantageous
Skills and physical requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Perform various physical movements necessary for nursing tasks
