Hospice Care

Responsibilities

  • Assists patients with daily activities
  • Trains and supervises hospice aides and volunteers
  • Maintains patient records and ensures compliance with regulations
  • Collaborates with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in healthcare or social work preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
