- Assists patients with daily activities

- Maintains patient records and ensures compliance with regulations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in healthcare or social work preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
